Our growing company is looking for a sales manager who will be responsible for overseeing and organizing our sales team. You will be responsible for managing the sales of your organization by developing business plans, achieving planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing team on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales targets, setting individual sales targets, and providing ongoing training for your salespeople.
