The surface vibrator is a squirrel-cage rotor electric motor with unbalances installed at the ends of the rotor shaft. Unbalances, rotating with the rotor shaft, create a centrifugal (driving) force. Regulation of the magnitude of the driving force of the vibrator is carried out by changing the relative position of the unbalances at both ends of the shaft. The circular vibrations of the vibrator are transmitted to the structure on which it is installed.
The platform vibrator is an integral part of various installations, machines and mechanisms. Vibrators are designed to excite vibration in installations for compacting concrete mixtures and soils, transporting, unloading and sifting bulk materials, driving vibrating feeders, vibrating platforms and other technological work.
