Metrix NEW MX8030 trial sensors are agency certified for hazardous areas (ATEX / CE, CSA, IECEx). They come with standard VibeLock connectors and triaxial cables. They can be used in refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas transportation, natural gas processing, power plants, or any oil and gas project.
The MX8030 probe series consists of 5mm and 8mm probes and is available in all standard thread sizes and body configurations required by API 670.
Both sensors offer a full range of 80 millimeters (2 mm) and are designed to be fully API 670 compliant when used with the appropriate MX8031 extension cable and MX2033 driver. MX8030 probes are fully interchangeable with Bently Nevada (BN) 3300 and 3300 XL 5mm / 8mm probes.
