Pasta preparation is one of the critical steps in determining the quantity and quality of the oil produced in the olive oil extraction line. The crushing and copying machines are characterized by maximum durability and reliability. The ease of maintenance and cleaning was also taken into account.
Equipment for the preparation of olive paste:
• Hammer crusher (30 HP, 50 HP, 60 HP, 75 HP)
• Disc crusher (30 HP)
• Paste Depitter (25 HP)
The main purpose of the crusher is to grind the fruit into small pieces in order to facilitate the release of the oil in the malaxel and ultimately its recovery in a horizontal decanter.
The grinding method affects the amount of oil released, the taste of the oil and its resistance to oxidation.
