Liquid evaporation plants are used for forced evaporation of liquefied gas (LPG) when natural evaporation is insufficient. In liquid installations, water is used as a heat carrier: energy from heating the heat carrier is transferred to liquefied propane-butane, increasing its temperature to start the evaporation process. Various types of heat exchangers (spiral, plate, shell-and-tube, etc.) can be provided in the design.

More Details

Liquid evaporation plants LPG provide the highest productivity - up to 9000 kg / h. It should be noted that the exit of the liquid evaporation plant to the operating mode depends on the heating agent heating rate, which can take 30-60 minutes. But at the same time, the evaporation plant reaches its normal operating mode even with a minimum temperature difference between the coolant and propane-butane.
