The hydraulic safety valve CNG is designed to protect vertical tanks from destruction when the pressure in the tank is too high. The safety valve must be adjusted to a higher (5-10%) internal pressure and vacuum for the safety valve to work together with the breathing valve. CNG is installed on the roof of a vertical tank in case the breathing valve does not work.
