Line for the production of aerated concrete series "Conveyor" with a capacity of up to 200 m3 per day. The line consists of a stationary mixer-activator with a volume of 0.86 m3, a batching unit with an electronic weighing terminal, mobile molds, rail tracks, pushers, a razor and a vibrating sieve. Optionally, the line can be equipped with a cement silo and a sand bunker. The key feature of the ASM-200KA line is an automated CNC cutting complex. It allows you to make U-shaped blocks, blocks with grooves, with handles, as well as automatically cut the top.
