Downhole scraper conveyor SPC-163

Designed for transportation of coal from working faces of seams with a thickness of at least 0.75 m, moving along strike with an angle of incidence up to 35 and along a fall or rise up to 10, equipped with mechanized complexes MKD80, MKD90, 1KMT when mining coal with shearers such as KA80, K103M, K85, GSh200V, RKU10. The conveyor has a number of designs that differ in the length of the pan and in the complete set of attachments, depending on the type of combine. A double-chain centrally located traction unit with overhead scrapers installed at any pitch, high-strength connection of the pan sections and high power-to-weight ratio ensure sufficient reliability and performance of the conveyor.
