The Algas-SDI QM mixing system is a natural gas replacement system and is a combination of a LPG water bath vaporizer and an atmospheric Venturi type mixing system. The QM system first vaporizes the liquid phase of LPG (LPG from a tank) by passing the gas through a heat exchanger immersed in a heated water / glycol mixture.

The mixing system creates a gas-air mixture, which in terms of calorific characteristics is fully consistent with natural gas. Depending on the load, the programmable controller regulates the heating and mixing processes, maintaining a constant pressure of the gas-air mixture in the receiver. The receiver must be equipped with a safety valve, a drain valve, a pressure gauge, valves for the inlet and outlet of the gas-air mixture (of the same size), and a gas sampling pressure measurement channel.
