Unlike a real load, the load device allows you to set and accurately maintain the required load power and change it with a certain step. Depending on the type of the implemented load, the ballast rheostat can be resistive, reactive and capacitive. The most common application is a resistive device that simulates only a resistive load. Reactive loading equipment creates reactive loading. The capacitive load stand implements only the capacitive component of the load, at which the voltage leads the current. Capacitive load on DGS is used to simulate computer and telecommunication networks.
