Three-stage diaphragm pump The materials of the pump parts in contact with the evacuated medium are made of aluminum, FPM (eg VITON material) and polyamide. This is sufficient for most laboratory and factory pump applications such as vacuum filtration, vacuum degassing, impregnation with pre-evacuation, and backing for turbomolecular pumps.
