Diaphragm two-stage pump The materials of the pump parts in contact with the evacuated medium are made of aluminum, FPM (eg VITON) and polyamide. This is sufficient for most laboratory and industrial pump applications such as vacuum filtration, vacuum degassing, impregnation with pre-evacuation, and backing for turbomolecular pumps.
