BOP equipment is divided into two types: drilling and workover equipment. Operated with a working environment of low and high temperatures, with a high content of hydrogen sulfide, etc. The equipment is designed for drilling, underbalanced drilling, well testing and other well operations under pressure. The nominal bore of the blowout preventer is from 180mm (7 1/16 ") to 762mm (30"). Working pressure ranges from 3.5MPa (500psi) to 140MPa (20,000psi). Both cast and forged body elements are used. The equipment is controlled manually and hydraulically. The consumer is offered a choice of the required version: with shear dies or replaceable dies (blind and pipe).
