Pneumatic chamber pumps are designed for pumping cement. This equipment operates under pressure, which allows you to efficiently move bulk materials (such as sand, cement, etc.) to the place of their storage or accumulation. The design of the pump includes a chamber with a volume of 0.6 m³, where bulk material is supplied, usually by gravity. In the pump chamber, cement (or other free-flowing material) is mixed with air and fed in small cyclic portions to the pneumatic conveyor line.
The pump is made hermetically sealed, with no rotating and rubbing parts. The NPK is powered by compressed air from an autonomous compressor or from the enterprise's pneumatic system. Due to their design simplicity and reliability, pneumatic chamber pumps are used in many industries: construction, chemical. In addition, they are used when feeding bulk products to the batching plant from a silo warehouse.
