The NK63B machine is designed for winding coils on the "edge" with non-insulated wires with right and left winding turns. The machine consists of a bed, a faceplate drive unit with interchangeable tables, a crimping head, and electrical equipment. The coils are wound on a template fixed on the table, which performs translational and rotational movements. The wire from the rewinder is pulled through the pneumatic brake to the template and secured to it. After winding, the wire is cut off and the coil is removed from the template.
