The machine for the production of groove boxes FK1-1240 is designed for the production of groove boxes for insulating stators with a core length of up to 1200 mm of electric motors of submersible pumps. The following technological operations are performed on the machine in automatic mode: measured supply of a strip of insulating material, application of lines of reduced rigidity (ridge), formation of a groove box, cutting a blank of a groove box of the required length, delivery of a box to a storage device.
