When erecting monolithic structures in the cold season, it is necessary to increase the temperature of the poured concrete mixture to speed up the process of its formation and prevent water from freezing in concrete at negative temperatures. The most successful technology in this case is heating with a heating cable, for example, PNSV. To create an optimal operating mode for the cable and control the technological process, transformers and concrete heating stations are used.
It differs in the use of transformer oil in the cooling system. A powerful three-phase transformer is housed in a sealed steel box filled with oil. This provides excellent heat transfer and allows the heat generated by the transformer to be evenly and efficiently dissipated to the atmosphere. The use of such cooling allows continuous and trouble-free operation at maximum modes.
