The CIP station is a modular plug-in unit for automatic on-site cleaning of brewery process equipment, including process piping, tanks, filling machines and heat exchangers, and other systems. The cleaning mode is fully adjustable according to the requirements of the target system in terms of cleaning time, temperature, pressure and flow.
The cleaning solution is pumped through a specially designed plate heat exchanger where it is heated to the required temperature. It is then sent to the target system for cleaning and back to the circulation tank included in the CIP module.
After each cleaning phase, the cleaning solution is directed to the drain or back to the detergent tank for subsequent reuse.
In addition, the system includes an automatic supply of cleaning solutions. This preparation program can be started manually by the operator, automatically at a specified time, or after a selected number of cleaning cycles.
