Stationary gasification plants are used for storage of gases (oxygen, argon, nitrogen) in a cryogenic state and their subsequent gasification immediately before delivery to the Consumer, for example, for filling cylinders or containers, for use in production and technological processes. The cryoproduct in the gas phase is supplied to the Consumer under a pressure of 20-40 MPa.
For storage of cryo-liquids, double-walled containers with evacuated inter-wall space with powder-vacuum or screen-vacuum thermal insulation are used to maintain the required temperature regime.
The installed pump pumps liquid gas into the evaporator, where gasification takes place due to natural evaporation, for which there is enough heat from the ambient air.
In the event of a decrease in pressure in the container itself, an evaporator is provided in the design, which gasifies the gas and supplies it to the upper part of the container, thereby increasing the pressure.
