The RIDGID 258XL can cut pipes from 8 "(200mm) to 12" (300mm). The 258XL is a displacement pipe cutter powered by a RIDGID Model 700 Power Drive for a straight, straight cut. The operator controls the feed rate with a hydraulic foot pump. Fast, smooth cuts with minimal scuffing on pipes ranging from 6 m (21 ft) to a few centimeters long without abrasive dust, sparks or open flames. Now one person can easily and evenly cut a 12 "pipe 40 in a matter of minutes. In addition, the RIDGID chamfering roller can be used to rotate the pipe while a second operator bevels the pipe with a sander.
