Our design bureau has created these unique units in a narrow casing with a filtration area of 120 m2 and a capacity of 10,000 to 12,000 m3 especially for industries with increased loading and an acute shortage of space. A distinctive feature of the FCS-H 9000 series units -10 "is their not quite standard layout, namely the increase of the modules in height, which saves working space and, most importantly, without losing the quality of the air filtration process. With such a significant performance, this plant occupies an area of just over three square meters!
Polluted air is removed from the source of emission of harmful substances using exhaust devices, or from the thermal cutting table using exhaust ducts built into the table, then through the air duct through the inlet pipe it enters the spark extinguishing chamber, where the heaviest particles are retained by protective screens and fall into the dust collector. Further, the air flow is passed through the filter chamber where the filter elements are located, the basis of which is polyester with a Teflon membrane ePTFE. At this stage, the smallest particles are captured, after which the already purified air is fed back into the room.
