High-efficiency deep-type filter elements of the Nexis series are made using modern CoLD technology, using microprocessor control and allowing the creation of several filtration zones within one element. The multi-zone design creates a progressively smaller pore structure that effectively captures larger particles in the outer layers of the filter element, and then carefully and consistently removes smaller particles in the inner layers.
Nexis products are renowned for their exceptional durability. The conventional core of these filters is made of molded polypropylene, the fibrous thick-walled core is made of extruded polypropylene.
