This chemical vacuum system has a wide range of applications including evacuation, evaporation, and evacuation of gases and vapors. This system is applicable in cases where a high vacuum is required, for example, when evaporating high boiling solvents. Often this system allows the replacement of rotary vane pumps; it is used, as a rule, for rotary evaporation and for vacuum drying. The inlet separator (AK) is made of polymer coated glass and is designed to protect the pump from particles and droplets. The compact vapor condenser (EK) actively protects the environment by providing almost complete recovery of solvent vapors.
