Internal hydraulic centralizers TsV are designed for centering the ends of pipes and sections to be welded when assembling non-rotary and rotary joints during pipeline construction. Internal centralizers give the ends of the pipes to be assembled to the shape of a circle, ensure their concentric assembly, evenly distributing the difference in perimeters. Compared to external centralizers, they have the advantage that the joint remains completely open, which allows the first layer to be welded continuously and the use of automatic welding machines. The internal centralizer has an electro-hydraulic drive and two independent rows of centering clamps. Power is supplied from DC welding machines.
