The system offers a choice of 4 wavelengths with the option of combining two wavelengths in one laser console. The use of pattern-scanning technology for delivering laser radiation makes it possible to increase productivity when performing massive laser interventions on the fundus, for example, panretinal laser coagulation of the retina (PRLKS) with its diabetic lesions or post-thrombotic retinopathy. The system allows for treatment at sub-threshold energy levels without functional damage to the retinal pigment and neuroepithelium with a minimal risk of recurrence and neovascularization.
