The PWBS-14CS is a professional-grade band saw based on a heavy-duty construction of massive cast iron parts. Saw blade guides - 3-point roller - standard for professional all-purpose band saws. There is a lever for quick tensioning and loosening of the blade, which has three positions: working, for storage (the tape is loose) and service for changing the blade.
The machine is made in a floor version: the lower pedestal is its integral part and serves not only as a stand, but also as a compartment for the engine. The cast iron worktable is mounted on a swivel segment and can be tilted to either side: 15 degrees inward and 45 degrees outward. A T-slot is milled on the surface to serve as a guide for the angle stop (included in the scope of delivery). The parallel stop with an eccentric lock moves along a steel rectangular profile fixed at the front edge of the table. For ease of adjustment, a millimeter scale is provided. As an auxiliary device, a cylindrical rod is mounted on the stop, designed for sawing with the same indentation from the edge of the workpiece of an indirect shape.
